Srinagar, Nov 13: Awami Itihaad Party (AIP) on Thursday said its incarcerated president and Member of Parliament (MP) Er Rashid has entered the second day of his hunger strike inside Tihar Jail No. 1.

AIP Chief Spokesperson, Inam Un Nabi, in a statement issued here, strongly condemned the violence, stating, “Those who spill the blood of innocents are the biggest enemies of humanity. Violence- whoever commits it and for whatever justification, cannot be accepted or normalised. Jammu Kashmir has bled enough, cried enough, suffered enough.”
