All Pennsylvania residents who receives SNAP benefits should be seeing the funds by the end of the week, according to the Pa. Department of Human Services.
The department announced on social media that it has restarted the process to issue the full November benefits payments to residents who get the Supplement Nutritional Assistance Program.
