Federal authorities have charged a Waterloo man who was found in possession of a safe with stolen guns inside, according to the Waterloo Cedar Falls Courier. A search of 21 year old Alec Richardson Jr.’s home on November 4 th found a stolen safe inside a shed. Inside the safe was seven firearms that were also reported stolen. Police say the safe with the guns inside was stolen during a home burglary in July. Richardson has been charged with Felon in Possession of a Firearm and Possession of Stolen Firearms.
