PLYMOUTH, Mass. —

A Massachusetts judge outlined an agenda for work next week that will bring Lindsay Clancy closer to trial for the killings of her three children .

Plymouth Superior Court Judge William Sullivan presided over a virtual hearing to discuss the logistics of debating pending motions and preparing for the upcoming trial. He set the agenda for another hearing that is scheduled for Tuesday.

Clancy attended Friday's hearing virtually from Tewksbury Hospital. The parties and the court agreed to allow her to attend virtually next week as well.

Sullivan also said that next week's hearing will deal with the defense's motion for a change of venue. Her attorneys previously argued that the publicity around the case has made it so she cannot get a fair trial otherwise.
