JACKSON COUNTY, Ky. (WYMT) - One Jackson County man is facing charges after police said he threatened to kill his family as well as himself.
It happened on Nov. 3, when police went to a property off of 1333 Jackson County High School Road.
Police said they received a report that Matthew Moore had texted his family about the threats.
Deputies with the Jackson Co. Sheriff’s Office later arrested Moore after they went into his home.
He was charged with third-degree terroristic threatening.
