The actress and chef shot the photos in her living room with a longtime team she considers “friends and family,” saying the setup helped her feel comfortable and that the final result is “tasteful” — though she notes she “won’t do it again”

Bertinelli says embracing aging and imperfection helped her approach the shoot with confidence, adding that she’s “okay” with her body at 65 and hopes the book, out March 10, 2026, will help readers through their own challenges
