After posting about the issue online, she quickly realized she was not the only resident experiencing such billing anomalies.
Sudden Spike Raises Questions
Metairie homeowner Louann Cashill said her typical bill ranges from $80 to $90 per billing cycle, but her most recent bill jumped to $356.
