LINCOLN, Neb. (KOLN) - The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services said Friday it has distributed the remaining November Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits to all Nebraska recipients.

The agency began issuing partial payments soon after the record 43-day government shutdown ended Wednesday evening.

This disbursement should bring households to their full November SNAP amount.

DHHS said regular issuance schedules will resume, with benefits for upcoming months available at the beginning of each month.

Recipients can check their EBT balance by calling 1-877-247-6328, visiting ebtedge.com , or using the ebtEDGE mobile app.
