The counting for the much-awaited Bihar Assembly elections 2025 has concluded, with the NDA securing a decisive 202 of the 243 seats. The Mahagathbandhan won 35 seats, while six went to other parties. Twenty key constituencies were closely watched. Mahagathbandhan’s CM candidate Tejashwi Yadav retained Raghopur, while his brother Tej Pratap lost in Mahua. Maithili Thakur from Alinagar and strongman Anant Singh from Mokama also emerged victorious.
