CLEVELAND —

Baltimore is no doubt hoping its second matchup with Cleveland this season mirrors its first.

A 24-point victory over the Browns (2-7) in Week 2 saw the Ravens (4-5) pick up their first, and largest, win of the season – and only win until Week 8.

The only real area of improvement? Not waiting until the third quarter to make the scoring gap with a division rival more than 10 points.

Baltimore is working to rise in the AFC North, improving from 1-5 to 4-5, and within one game of a tie for first place in the division.

Meanwhile, Cleveland is staying much the same as it's known for by fans: the bottom-feeder of the division. Since losing Baker Mayfield, the Browns have struggled to find stability at quarterback, and the issue continues to fuel a dysfunctional offense.
