ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The Missouri Department of Public Safety is seeking to remove the peace officer license of a former Phelps County police chief.
On Thursday, the Department of Public Safety filed a complaint for discipline against Carl E. Swanson’s peace officer license. This comes after Swanson was charged in two different criminal cases in Phelps County.
