How Gilbert water bill rates affect small Valley farms

Gilbert residents are facing back-to-back increases in their water bills. ABC15 found that small farms are especially impacted because they also pay more per gallon for every gallon used over 8,000 in a month. Small farmers are asking the town for a special agricultural rate to lower their bills.
