Good evening and happy Friday! We broke some records today and have the potential for more record-breaking warmth tomorrow.
Warmth Continues Through Saturday
We broke our record high set in 1931 today with a high temperature of 79°, beating out the previous record by one degree. Tomorrow temperatures will also be well above average, though the forecasted high is just shy of the current record. There is some uncertainty with tomorrow’s temperatures so it is very possible we do get up to record highs.
Regardless, if you plan to be at the Mizzou game tomorrow evening, tailgating should be warm and very sunny, as we will have decreasing clouds throughout the day. By the end of the game, it should be mild, with temperatures at 10 PM warmer than our average afternoon high.
