PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police have arrested the suspect wanted in an unprovoked attack in Center City on Halloween weekend.
Jose Luis Garcia, 36, of Philadelphia, was taken into custody on Friday. He is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person.

Police say Garcia attacked 22-year-old Tommy Finley on Nov. 1 on the 600 block of Chestnut Street.
Finley told Action News he and his girlfriend, Bella Carlucci, were walking back to their hotel with around midnight when the random assault happened.
