WASHINGTON — Erik Bruner-Yang is still cooking up a plan to make sure his newest restaurant, (H)OURS, truly sizzles.

The DC chef — known for blending culture, community, and cuisine — just opened his latest venture inside Manifest 002, a new social club near Union Market that includes a barbershop, boutique, bar, and café.

It has already attracted some big names: Michelle Obama recently stopped by the space to record a podcast.
