HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Huntington Fire Department crews responded Friday night to an apartment building fire in the city’s west end.
The department posted that the fire was reported just after 8:45 p.m. and was quickly contained within a single apartment in the multi-unit complex, located in the 200 block of West 6 th Avenue.
No injuries were reported.
The American Red Cross is working to assist residents displaced from the apartment that was involved.
In addition, the city fire marshal is investigating.
