COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (KKTV) - The Colorado Springs Police Department (CSPD) said a prolific offender known for identity theft, motor vehicle theft and other property crimes was arrested on Friday.
CSPD said metro theft detectives developed vehicle information for Miles Nordahl, who they said was being investigated by the Violent Offender Fugitive Rask Force due to “criminal history and his propensity to flee and be armed with weapons.”
After confirming the vehicle information, CSPD said the vehicle was found in the parking lot of the Baymont Hotel on Kelly Johnson Boulevard. Detectives teamed up with a CSPD K9 unit and Motor Vehicle Theft detectives, where they observed him in the vehicle.
