The Mega Millions' grand prize inched closer to $1 billion after the jackpot grew to an estimated $980 million ahead of the Friday night drawing.

Here are the numbers drawn for the Friday, Nov. 14 drawing:

white balls 1, 8, 11, 12, and 57, and gold Mega Ball 7

Mega Millions announced earlier Friday that the jackpot had grown by $15 million from $965 million to $980 million, and said that it's the eighth-largest jackpot in the history of the game.

The estimated cash payout is $452.2 million.

According to Mega Millions, the odds of winning any prize are 1 in 23, and the odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 290,472,336.
