The heartbroken mum of a busker who disappeared three months ago has paid an emotional tribute to her 'beautiful boy' after a body was pulled from the River Clyde. ‌

Lewis Cuthbert, 25, disappeared after he was last seen on Lesmahagow Road in Strathaven, South Lanarkshire, on August 4. A major search was launched to try and find him as police appealed for information on his disappearance. ‌

However, on Friday officers tragically revealed that a body has been pulled from the River Clyde. The grim discovery was made near the Pacific Quay area of Glasgow at 11am on Tuesday, November 4. ‌

While formal identification is yet to take place, Lewis' devastated family have been made aware. His mum Rosemary has now paid tribute to her son and thanked family and friends
