What's the world's best cheese? If you said the queso down the block at your local Mexican restaurant, you've got your perspective tuned perfectly, but you don't get the win. If you said cheddar, as prepared in a buttery grilled cheese sandwich at 11 p.m. on a weekend night with a big glass of 33-degree white milk, and you don't have to get up in the morning, you're on the right track, but you still don't take the prize.
