PADUCAH, Ky. (WSIL) -- The U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree made its way into Kentucky as part of its journey from Nevada to Washington, D.C. on Friday.
The Illinois State Police, Cairo Police in Illinois, and Ballard County Sheriff's Office in Kentucky ensured a safe transfer at the state line. Kentucky State Police also joined other law enforcement agencies to escort the tree in Kentucky. Close
