A taste of Tennesse is on the cards at the new Hickory's Smokehouse prepares to open its doors next month. The new restaurant - which is opening in the former Anson Farm pub on Teesside Industrial Estate in Thornaby - has started taking bookings from December 8.

Months of revamp work has been carried out at the former pub, which opened in 2015, but closed after ten years in August. Located at Fleck Way, Thornaby, the new opening marks a major milestone for the community-focused restaurant, as the very first Hickory’s in the North East.

Guests can expect authentic Southern hospitality, legendary low-and-slow barbecue, and a family-friendly atmosphere that Hickory’s fans across the UK have come to love.
