An incident occurred in Newark, New Jersey where the police highlighted Keith Michael Lisa as the suspect involved in an attack on the office of Alina Habba, the acting U.S. Attorney for the District of New Jersey. The FBI released a warrant for his arrest and announced a reward of up to $25,000 for any information that could lead to his apprehension.

According to the FBI, Lisa entered the Peter W. Rodino Federal Building on November 12 2025 while carrying a bat. After being refused entry, he discarded the bat and re-entered the building, where he damaged government property, officials said.

A federal arrest warrant was issued on November 13 charging him with possession of a dangerous weapon in a federal facility and depredation of federal property.
