Governor lieutenant general (retd) Gurmit Singh encouraged students to embrace lifelong learning during the 5th convocation of Quantum University in Roorkee, where he was the chief guest on Saturday. This year, a total of 1,047 degrees were awarded across undergraduate, postgraduate, diploma, advanced diploma and doctoral programmes.
