A man was killed and another was wounded in a shooting Saturday morning in Austin on the West Side.
The men, 26 and 30, were standing outside in the 500 block of North Central Avenue around 11:25 a.m. when three men jumped out of a vehicle and opened fire, Chicago police said.
The 30-year-old was taken to Stroger Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, police said. His name hasn’t been released.
The other man suffered a graze wound on his foot and refused medical attention, police said.
