LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - A vacant building collapsed in the Portland neighborhood on Saturday, according to the Louisville Fire Department.

At around 4:01 p.m., first responders responded to a call of a structure collapse in the 2400 block of Griffiths Avenue on Saturday, Nov. 15.

Fire crews arrived within four minutes of the call and found a vacant commercial building, which is believed to have previously been a grocery store, fully collapsed.

LFD says that no one was inside the building when it collapsed, and no one was injured.

The cause of the collapse has not yet been released.
