ATLANTA — The Atlanta Police Department is searching for a 25-year-old woman who disappeared from Grady Hospital more than a month ago.

Police said Jennifer Castro-Galeano was reported missing by her mother and was last seen at the hospital on Oct. 5. Officers arrived at the hospital on Saturday, Nov. 15, at around 10:33 a.m. to investigate.

Castro-Galeano, who goes by the nickname of "Jenni," is five-foot-four inches tall and weighs about 135 pounds with black hair and brown eyes, police say.
