New Orleans voters will head to the polls on Saturday, Nov. 15 to decide three runoff races, including two City Council seats and the Orleans Parish Clerk of Criminal Court position. In the City Council races, Holly Friedman and Aimee McCarron are competing for the District A seat, while Jason Hughes and Cyndi Nguyen are running for District E.
