PINEVILLE, La. (KALB) - The LCU Wildcats hosted the William Carey Crusaders for a women’s and men’s double header on November 15.

LCU Women’s Game:

The Wildcats never had the lead throughout the contest with the Crusaders coming out hot, scoring the first seven points of the game.

Freshman Guard Maddison Carey led the Wildcats scoring 16 points on the evening.

LCU loses to William Carey 74-39 falling to 1-4 on the season.

LCU Men’s Game:

The LCU Wildcats had a tough opponent welcoming in the William Carey Crusaders. The Wildcats trailed for a majority of the game with the Crusaders coming out hot with a 13-2 lead.

LCU would not give up, going on a 21-2 run to cut the 22 point deficit down to a single possession.
