LOGAN – If you’ve ever wondered what happened to your favorite Jane Austen characters, all the loose plot threads from “Pride and Prejudice” are neatly tied up in the ongoing production of The Wickhams: Christmas at Pemberley being staged by the Theatre Arts Department at Utah State University.

Come to think of it, that’s probably close to the same lead that I used reviewing Miss Bennet: Christmas at Pemberley when USU staged that production back in 2021.

That lead-in works for this show as well because it has the same playwrights (Lauren Gunderson and Margot Melcon) and characters. While Miss Bennet … depicts events happening at Christmas upstairs where the rich folks live, The Wickhams … portrays the drama downstairs where their servants are coping with the same holiday.
