Dr Umar's terror module wanted revenge for Babri; was on hunt for suicide bomber after initial recruit withdrew: Report

The terror module involving several doctors, which is allegedly behind the car blast outside the Red Fort Metro Station in Delhi, was on the lookout for a radicalised suicide bomber with conviction since last year, a fresh report said. The report once again asserted that Dr Umar un Nabi, who was inside the Hyundai i20 when the blast happened, was the key figure behind the incident.

The "hunt" for the suicide bomber was revealed when the Srinagar Police managed to arrest a youth identified as Jasir alias 'Danish' based on interrogations of Adeel Rather and Dr Muzzaffar Ganaie, who were part of the terror module.
