UCHealth has awarded $775,000 in grant funding to 76 nonprofit organizations across Colorado, including many in Northern Colorado and the Boulder Valley, that help communities overcome barriers and create pathways to better health.

From expanding preventive care and mental-health support to fighting hunger, providing housing and addressing financial stability, these programs are designed to make lasting impacts in the communities they serve.
