Cost-of-living continues to rise across almost all factors of life, including subscription fees, as the average Brit is spending an eye-watering £786 annually on these services.
Credit card brand Aqua surveyed 2,000 people aged 16 and over about their subscription habits and found that one in five Brits rarely use all the subscription services they pay for.
Aqua’s research shows that the average Brit has 2.8 subscriptions, which are broken down monthly to entertainment (£27), food and drink (£21), and shopping, fashion, and business services (£15 each).

The survey found that more than one in five don’t use all of their subscriptions regularly, while 2% never use any of the services they pay for.
