PHOENIX — The Valley is expected to dry out late Sunday morning before a possibility of wet weather returns to the Phoenix forecast the rest of the week.
According to the National Weather Service (NWS) for Phoenix, the chance of rain in metro Phoenix was low after 9 a.m. due to the rain moving east toward the Globe and San Carlos area where the possibility of showers was expected until 1 p.m.
A chance of showers and thunderstorms were forecasted for every day during the week up until Saturday when it is expected to be mostly sunny with a high of 69 degrees.
