A Jet2 plane has been spotted circling for more than hour and is now set to return to a UK airport for an unknown reason.
Flight LS1761 from Manchester Airport to Agadir in Morocco was seen doing several laps around the St Helens and Rainford area of Merseyside around midday on Sunday. The plane left the airport around 10 minutes late at 10.42am and was due to land in Agadir at around 3.30pm, however it has been seen circling the area ever since.
According to the latest travel information from Jet2, the plane is due to divert back to Manchester Airport and land there at around 2.10pm.
And the airline's website, said the flight is due to leave Manchester Airport again at 3.15pm and land in Morocco at around 8.10pm today. People on a flight-spotting Facebook page said the plane
