Hot off his band's induction to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Jack White will rock the gridiron in his hometown on Thanksgiving Day.

The Detroit Lions and White announced on Instagram Sunday that the rock artist is billed to perform the halftime show on Thanksgiving Day at Ford Field.

White will be the latest artist from the region to perform at the Lions' annual Thanksgiving game − Big Sean performed in 2015 and 2021, and Kid Rock performed in 2012. His halftime show announcement also comes days after the football team announced a partnership with fellow Detroiter Eminem to consult "all aspects" of the Thanksgiving halftime show through 2027.

The halftime show will be less than three weeks after White's band, The White Stripes, was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame N
