The first half between the Buffalo Bills and Tampa Bay Buccaneers is in the books. It’s been an entertaining back-and-forth half of football, with the Bills leading 21-20 as they hit the locker room. Things didn’t start off so well for Buffalo’s offense, which took the field after an impressive stop by defense to hold the Buccaneers pointless on their opening drive.
In trying to avoid a safety, quarterback Josh Allen made one of the most bone-headed plays of the season in fish-tossing the football out of the end zone toward wide receiver Khalil Shakir. The defense rushed back out and stepped up to hold Tampa Bay out of the end zone inside the five-yard line.
