SAMANTHA JO LONGWELL , 41, waived her preliminary hearing and was bound over to District Court Nov. 6 for possession of fentanyl in pill and powder form with intent to deliver, possession of meth with intent to deliver, possession of fentanyl in pill and powder form and possession of meth and mushrooms. Longwell has two prior convictions for drug possession from May 2024, both in Campbell County. Her bond is set at $100,000, cash or commercial surety. On Nov. 2, a deputy was patrolling south on Highway 50 near mile marker 30 when he saw a 2009 Chevy Impala speeding 83 mph in a 70 mph zone, according to court documents.
