For the first time in years, the Kansas City Chiefs arrive in Denver looking up at the Broncos in the AFC West standings.

Denver, meanwhile, is 8-2 behind one of the NFL’s stingiest defenses and an offense that has found ways to win late in the fourth quarter.

Mahomes said this week that “it’s huge for the division,” while Chiefs defensive tackle Chris Jones reminded everyone that a matchup like this “kind of counts as two games.”
