HARDIN COUNTY, Ky. —

Two people from Hardin County have been indicted after authorities say they were taking advantage of Kentucky veterans.

Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman made the announcement Saturday.

C & P Garage in Radcliff had received a court order from Coleman's office, ordering the business to close.

The court order came after, Colman’s office says, C&P Garage was “misusing funds and misrepresenting its work with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).”

Carlos Fernandez, 65, and Patricia Parrott, 60, were both indicted Thursday for theft by unlawful taking, greater than $10,000 and less than $1 million.
