PORTLAND Ore. (KPTV) - A cyber attack shut down Living Room Theaters on Thursday night, with no estimate of when the business will return to normal operations, they announced on Saturday.

The outage has shut down both their Portland location at 341 SW 10th Avenue and their theater in Indianapolis, the company said.

The “cruel and random” attack made most of their computers unusable, leaving them unable even to issue refunds to ticket holders at this time, the company said in a social media post.

“I am deeply sorry that we have been unable to show movies for our ticket holders, but we will be following up to facilitate refunds of all purchased tickets that cannot be honored,” the CEO wrote.
