A report was issued from the National Weather Service on Sunday at 9:49 p.m. for lake effect snow bands until Monday at midnight for Oneida, Otsego, Tioga, Broome and Delaware counties.
"Narrow bands of lake effect snow will continue to organize and impact portions of Broome, Tioga, Delaware, southern Oneida, Otsego, Susquehanna and northern Wayne counties. Road temperatures will continue to fall below freezing with snow beginning to accumulate on untreated roads and surfaces. If you are traveling this evening, watch out for snow covered and slippery roads. Higher terrain areas will see the slippery roads first.
