GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Two teens are recovering in the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries after a shooting in Kalamazoo, according to the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety.
Around 8:39 p.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting at the 600 block of Harding Place. When they arrived, they found a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old male with non-life-threatening injuries.
Both are in stable condition and receiving treatment at a local hospital.
There is no suspect information at this time.
Police say residents can expect an increased police presence in the area as the investigation continues.
