MANHATTAN, Kan (KBTX) - Texas A&M women’s basketball moves to 3-0 this season after its 77-72 win over Kansas State Sunday afternoon.

Why did A&M win? In the second quarter the Aggies shot 73.3% from the field being led by Ny’Ceara Pryor, Lemyah Hylton and Lauren Ware. The three racking up 21 points combined shooting 90% to take a 41-28 halftime lead.

Who stood out? While A&M faltered a bit in the second half, Ny’Ceara Pryor was able to stand out for the Aggies and bring home the 77-72 win. Pryor led A&M with 24 points, marking her 60th career 600-point game.

What’s next? Next up, the Aggies travel for the Hawaii North Shore Showcase on Nov. 22nd.
