Two mums launched a drunken attack on a group of dog walkers in a park after wrongly claiming they were being 'laughed at'.

One of the victims of Sarah Egan and Amy McNamara's attack was pulled to the ground by her hair, while another was called a 'f*ggot' as they were set upon during their lunchtime stroll.

Egan, 36, and McNamara, 27, were arrested after police were called to the scene of the incident in Runcorn Hill park in April this year.

One of the three dog walkers captured the shocking incident on her phone, a court was told.

Towards the end of the footage a voice could be heard saying 'do not touch me' while another person said 'do not ever grab me' and a woman stated 'leave us alone'.
