EVANSVILLE – A lengthy police affidavit filed against an Evansville bail bondsman accuses him of repeatedly seeking sexual favors from women he bonded out of jail, secretly recording intercourse with women on a hidden camera in his bedroom, and claiming his job gave him free rein to "incarcerate" people in his own home for the "duration" of their court cases.

During an interview with investigators, he allegedly invoked an 1872 U.S. Supreme Court ruling giving him sweeping control over the people he apprehends.
