Bhopal: The Bhopal Municipal Corporation (BMC) has come under scrutiny after its newly constructed headquarters, built at a cost of more than ₹40 crore, was found to be lacking a dedicated meeting hall. In a press statement issued on Monday, Congress spokesperson Abhinav Baroliya questioned the planning and execution behind such a significant public project.
