LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - Two people have been indicted for allegedly taking advantage of veterans through their Hardin County business, Kentucky Attorney General Russell Coleman announced Saturday, Nov. 15.

According to the AG’s office, Carlos Fernandez, 65, and Patricia Parrott, 60, have been indicted by a grand jury on the charge of theft by unlawful taking, with the amount being greater than $10,000 but less than $1 million.

The AG’s office said Ferandez and Parrott are behind C & P Garage, which was closed following a civil court order in August for allegedly misusing funds and misrepresenting its work to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
