QB change can’t change Michigan State’s bad offensive line
Redshirt freshman quarterback Alessio Milivojevic has taken a dozen sacks through the past two games, his first two starts since taking the reins of Michigan State’s offense from Aidan Chiles. The first time around, Milivojevic impressed, throwing for 311 yards — third most of any freshman in program history — against a good Minnesota defense. This time … not so much. Milivojevic wasn’t bad, per se. He completed 17 of 27 passes for 128 yards. No touchdowns, but also no picks. Milivojevic also wasn’t a game-changer on offense.
