A Fairfield man found guilty of sexually assaulting several women – including a terminally ill cancer patient – was denied parole this week and after the Solano County District Attorney’s office appeared and argued against his release.

Terrence Lorran Smith, is currently serving a 42-years-to life sentence for several crimes committed from Jan. 7, 2005 to June 1, 2005, including residential burglary, assault with intent to commit a specific sex offense, forcible rape, forcible digital penetration, and forcible oral copulation.
